Net Zero and Net Zero Ready homes are a perfect balance between consumption and generation. Built with proven advanced technologies and construction practices, these homes are highly energy efficient (thus lowering your homeowners monthly utility bills), and with the addition of a renewable energy source like solar panels on the roof, these homes can often produce as much energy as they consume.
In addition, Net Zero and Net Zero Ready Homes test well for Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) are often quieter and more comfortable due to increased insulation, higher grade windows and energy efficient mechanical systems.
As global environmental issues continue to take centre stage, the fact that Net Zero and Net Zero Ready homes minimize each household’s environmental footprint, is something that you can take advantage of as another powerful selling point.
